The second is to carry out the action of recycling target responsibility system. In 2021, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments jointly issued the "Notice on Encouraging Home Appliance Manufacturing Enterprises to Carry out Recycling Target Responsibility Actions", and by establishing a number of demonstration and benchmarking enterprises, further smooth the production, circulation, consumption and recycling of home appliances. In 2022, 6 companies including Haier, Gree, TCL, Changhong, Midea, Hisense, etc. declared to recycle 17 million TVs, refrigerators, air conditioners and washing machines, accounting for about 1/1 of my country's annual scrap and dismantling. 5.
